SEL Funding E-book
Audience: SEL coordinators, principals
The pressures of the pandemic brought mental health into the spotlight. This was one of the main areas that school leaders knew they had to focus on if they were going to help students succeed in school going forward.
I collaborated closely with the Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Product Director to write this guide, which provides helpful information about how to follow SEL best practices and details solutions to help school leaders achieve their goals.
The piece was used as a lead magnet to build our email house file, and we nurtured prospects who downloaded it with a follow-up email series.
This is just one piece in a larger strategy that I helped craft and execute that increased the Nasco Education SEL business by 2,000% YOY.

Public Library Space Design E-book
Audience: Public library directors, public librarians
As public libraries began to re-open during the COVID-19 pandemic, they needed guidance on designing safe library spaces that reduced the spread of germs.
I created this guide to give them tips and advice for rearranging their spaces, directing traffic, and implementing products and procedures that helped keep their staff and patrons healthy.
The piece was used as a lead magnet to build our email house file, and we nurtured prospects who downloaded it with a follow-up email series.

Flexible Seating E-book
Audience: Classroom teachers, principals
After seeing how popular the blog posts I had written and curated on flexible seating were, I compiled them into a comprehensive e-book.
This guide helps educators understand the benefits of flexible seating compared to traditional desks, gives them behavior management strategies for flexible seating classrooms, and helps them choose which seating is right for their classroom.
The piece was used as a lead magnet to build our email house file, and we nurtured prospects who downloaded it with a follow-up email series.

COVID-19 Webinar

As public libraries began to re-open during the COVID-19 pandemic, they needed guidance on designing safe library spaces and practices.
I collaborated with Dr. Dipesh Navsaria, a pediatrician who also holds a degree in library science, to create a webinar that addressed their questions and fears.
The webinar garnered 13,000 registrants and another 6,000 on-demand views and positioned Demco as a go-to authority on best practices for libraries. I received emails and feedback from attendees thanking me for providing this much-needed timely content.
We were able to add ~9,000 new names to our email house file from the list of registrants.

STEAM On Demand Case Study
Audience: STEM teachers, principals, curriculum coordinators, after-school coordinators, club leaders
Nasco Education partnered with STEAM On Demand to provide hands-on materials for their video lessons. We leveraged Nasco’s STEAM audience through targeted emails, case studies, and an optimized landing page to generate leads.
The campaign highlighted how both trained and new STEAM educators could easily implement the curriculum and bring engaging STEAM experiences to their students.

This blog posts was designed to mimic a case study to help other educators understand the role that makerspaces were playing in schools.
It was used to inspire educators to create their own spaces for STEM/STEAM experiences and used as a lead generation piece for our furniture business.

Interior Design Portfolio: Barneveld School District
Audience: Principals, superintendents, facilities directors, purchasing directors
This portfolio piece was written in the style of a case study to showcase the range of furniture options, capabilities, and white glove service that we could offer them to support new school builds or renovations.

Flexible Seating Blog Post

I collaborated with one of our vendor experts on a webinar about the importance of flexible seating and offering movement and choice during the school day.
I repurposed his popular webinar content and ghost-wrote this blog post so that we had multiple ways to share it on our platforms.

Modern Learning Spaces Blog Post

Educators have started to understand that school environments have a large impact on how students learn. However, getting the funding to redesign their learning spaces isn’t easy.
I wrote this blog post to help them provide evidence of the positive effects school furnishings can have on student academics to decision-makers.

Schools received an unprecedented amount of federal funding during the pandemic. Many school leaders saw an opportunity to use this funding to start or enhance their STEM/STEAM programs. In this blog post, I showed them how Demco’s solutions could help.
